How can I be sure that my order went through?
After submitting your order, you will be directed to the order confirmation page which you can print for your records. In addition, you will receive email confirmation, usually within minutes. We recommend checking all details are correct, if not please contact us immediately.
I forgot to use my promotion code?
We are unable to apply discounts after your order has been placed online.
I cannot apply a promotion code?
First double check the code is correct and valid - please note promotion codes in general cannot be used with discounted items (ex: sale). If you are experiencing problems when applying a promotional code on the checkout page, contact us prior to placing the order and we will assist.
Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined (used together with a transaction/sale). Enter only one promotional code at checkout. The first code entered will apply any discount to the total transaction/ sale, we recommend choosing the promotion best suited for your purchase.

Is your order a gift?
If your purchase is a gift, at checkout you can choose to have your order gift-wrapped by Björn Borg. For €3.95 we will gift wrap you order - for multiple gift wrapped products, please place multiple orders.
How can I cancel my order?
Y An order can be cancelled at any point prior to the fulfilment and shipment of your order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the cancellation. When cancelling, make sure to include full name, order number, and a clear declaration you wish to cancel the order.
How can I pay for my order?
On BjornBorg.com we accept most common credit cards (Visa Credit/ Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express). We only accept credit cards from countries where we ship. For your safety and security we require you to enter your Card Verification Number (CVN) when paying with credit card. We are unable to accept cash, checks, postal orders, or gift certificates for online purchases at Björn Borg retail locations.
Can I pay by Invoice?
We currently do not offer payment by invoice at BjornBorg.com.
Why has my payment been declined?
Card payments can be declined for a variety of reasons:

Is VAT, freight costs and custom fees included in the price?
Prices on BjornBorg.com include local VAT. Discount is not given on products where VAT is not applicable. Björn Borg reserves the right to amend prices to reflect any changes in local VAT. For non-EU customers additional VAT, use tax, customs charges, or other levies may be incurred by local authorities (such as local customs authority upon import). Any such additional charges must be borne by you (the recipient).
What currency will you withdraw the payment in?
Your credit card will be billed in Euro (EUR). Your bank or credit card provider will automatically convert the charges should the local currency differ.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship all orders from Sweden with Postal Service. For express delivery please use our UPS Express option at a delivery cost €14.95. International orders outside the EU cost €14.95.
How do I know when my order has been shipped?
We try to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. When your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all the details of your order so you know your new Björn Borgs are on the way!
When will I receive my order?
We send all orders by Postal Services and it normally take 4-7 days from dispatch to arrive. For safe and quick delivery we recommend UPS. UPS services take around 2-4 business days from leaving our warehouse, you will always be able to track and trace your shipment..
Can I track my order?
Yes, with UPS you can track and trace your order. The tracking number will show in the shipping confirmation e-mail once your order is dispatched. You can use this to track your order in the UPS website.
What do I do if I haven´t received my order?
Packages sent with UPS have tracking numbers and can be tracked directly on the UPS website. Packages sent with the local postal service do not have tracking numbers and cannot be tracked after leaving Björn Borg. We ask you allow 5 business days for delivery in Sweden, 10 business days within Europe, and 15 business days elsewhere in the world prior to alerting us your order has not been received. Orders that are returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address will not be returned to you and will only be re-sent at your expense. Additionally, orders abandoned by you for any reason will not be returned, and will only be re-sent at your expense.

Can I get delivery to a P.O. mailbox?
We currently do not send to P.O. mailboxes.
What is your return policy?
We realize the world isn't perfect and sometimes your order may not be what you expected. Or maybe you’ve simply changed your mind. Either way, we are not satisfied until you are and if you're not content with your purchase from www.bjornborg.com send it back within 30 days upon receiving your order. During Christmas we extend the return policy till the 31 of January. The moment we receive your parcel, we’ll arrange your refund (excluding original shipping cost) and send you a notification email. This can take up to 3 weeks before processed and refunded by our payment provider Klarna. We only accept return for underwear and hygiene items that has never been opened. Other products must be returned in original condition. When returning items ensure you include a brief explanatory note which includes your name, order number, and reason for return.
THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT:
1. Place the products you want to return in a package (underwear must have an unbroken seal and be in a re-saleable condition).
2. Fill in the return form enclosed in your original shipment and include it in your return parcel.
3. Please mail back your return within 30 days of receipt to the address written on the return form. You can choose from any postal service. You will be responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel, and the products will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Therefore we recommend obtaining a receipt from the postal service as proof of postage.
Please be informed that return charges will be at customer's expense. Björn Borg cannot refund any delivery, tax or duty costs for orders delivered to international addresses. You will only be refunded for the amount charged for the merchandise.

How Refunds Are Issued:
Our aim is to get your refund to you as quickly as possible. We’ll usually process your refund within 3 days of receiving your parcel or evidence you have sent it. As soon as that’s done, we’ll send you an email to let you know your refund is on its way. After you’ve received the email, please allow another 5–10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
