We realize the world isn't perfect and sometimes your order may not be what you expected. Or maybe you’ve simply changed your mind. Either way, we are not satisfied until you are and if you're not content with your purchase from www.bjornborg.com send it back within 90 days upon receiving your order. Due to the nature of underwear and swimwear bottoms, we cannot accept returns if opened and/or tried. We will not accept or refund incomplete returns or products that have been used or washed.
The moment we receive your parcel, we will arrange for your refund (excluding original shipping cost) and send you a notification email. This will take approx. 4 weeks after you have returned the order.
THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT:
Place the products you want to return in a package (underwear must have an unbroken seal and be in a re-saleable condition).
Fill in the return form enclosed in your original shipment and include it in your return parcel.
Please mail back your return within 90 days of receipt to the address stated on the return form. You can choose to send it back using any postal service.
You will be responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel, and the products will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
Therefore we recommend obtaining a receipt from the postal service as proof of postage.
Please be informed that return charges will be at the customer's expense.

Please note that Björn Borg cannot refund any delivery, tax or duty costs for orders delivered to international addresses. You will only be refunded for the amount charged for the merchandise.
To make a complaint we require a written description and an image of the product showing the problem clearly, sent to [email protected] In some instances we require the product returned to fully assess the complaint. After your complaint has been received and assessed, we will contact you.
If you wish to exchange an order simply make a return and place a new order.
WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?
Returns may take approx. 4 weeks before reaching our warehouse in Sweden, depending on the postal handling time. Once the return has been processed, we will contact you with a confirmation and the refund will be with you within 1 – 5 bank days. The refund will be issued to the original payment type used for the purchase.
