RETURNS

We realize the world isn't perfect and sometimes your order may not be what you expected. Or maybe you simply changed your mind. Either way, we are not satisfied until you are and if you're not content with your purchase from www.bjornborg.com send it back within 30 days upon receiving your order. Returned products must be returned in the same condition as they were sent and must have their original label. We will not accept or refund incomplete returns or products that have been worn or washed. Underwear and Swimwear bottoms can only be returned if unopened in original packaging, unworn and in the same condition as delivered, with all tags attached.

THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT:

1. Place the products you want to return in a package (underwear must have an unbroken seal and be in a re-saleable condition).

2. Fill in the return form enclosed in your original shipment and include it in your return parcel.

3. Please mail back your return within 30 days of receipt to the address stated on the return form. You can choose to send it back using any postal service. You will be responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel, and the products will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Therefore we recommend obtaining a receipt from the postal service as proof of postage.

Please be informed that return charges will be at customer's expense.

Please note that Björn Borg cannot refund any delivery, tax or duty costs for orders delivered to international addresses. You will only be refunded for the amount charged for the merchandise.

COMPLAIN

To make a complaint we require a written description and an image of the product showing the problem clearly, sent to customerservice@bjornborg.com In some instances we require the product returned to fully assess the complaint. After your complaint has been received and assessed, we will contact you.

EXCHANGE?

If you want to exchange an item, we kindly ask you to return the item you do not wish to keep and place a new order for the correct product. Unfortunately, we are unable to administrate exchanges in connection to returns in our warehouse.

WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?

We will issue a refund for your payment as soon as we've received the return and inspected it in our warehouse in Sweden. This may take approximately 2 weeks after you've made your return. We will contact you with an email confirmation as soon as your return has been received and processed by us. The refund for the returned items will be received via the same means you used to make your purchase.
