We are not satisfied until you are. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from www.bjornborg.com send it back within 30 days (from initial order date). We will refund the value of the goods upon receiving. You yourself pay relevant freight costs for returns hereunder. We reserve the right to make reasonable deductions from the refund amount due to loss of value if you have used or damaged the product or packaging (this includes removing labels or similar from the original product). Underwear and hygiene items must be unused. When returning items ensure you include a brief explanatory note which includes your name, order number, and reason for return.

This is how

1. Fill in the form.

2. Put the product you want to return in a package. (Underwear must have an unbroken seal and be in a re-saleable condition)

3. Please mail back your return within 30 days of receipt to the address below. Return charges will be at customers expense. Download our return form here.

Returns mailed to Björn Borg may take one to two weeks to process after you mail it. Once a return is processed we will notify you by e-mail and a credit is issued to the original payment type used for your original purchase.


To address a complaint we require a written description and image describing the reason for the complaint, sent to customerservice@bjornborg.com that describes why the product is claimed. Attach the order number with your claim for faster processing. In some instances we require the product returned to fully assess the complaint. After your complaint has been received and assessed, we will contact you.


We currently do not allow orders placed on BjörnBorg.com to be exchanged. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase please return the original item and we will refund the value of the goods upon receipt.
