RETURNS

We realize the world isn't perfect and sometimes your order may not be what you expected. Or maybe you’ve simply changed your mind. Either way, we are not satisfied until you are and if you're not content with your purchase from www.bjornborg.com send it back within 30 days upon receiving your order. Due to the nature of underwear and swimwear bottoms, we cannot accept returns if opened and/or tried. We will not accept or refund incomplete returns or products that have been used or washed.

The moment we receive your parcel, we will arrange for your refund (excluding original shipping cost) and send you a notification email. This will take app. 1 - 2 weeks after you have returned the order.

THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT:

1. In your parcel there is a pre-printed return label. Attach this label onto the package and put the items you want to return in the box. All underwear must be in its original condition, i.e. unopened/unused - if not, we will reject the return.

2. Fill in the return form with what product you want to return and the reason for return, choosing from the return codes available.

3. Drop the parcel off at a Bring Service Point of your choice within 30 days from order receipt. We recommend you to go to the same Service Point as where you originally collected your parcel. The parcel will be accepted free of charge.

4. You will get a printed receipt from the Service Point including the shipment number of the parcel. Please keep this as proof of postage. Please note Björn Borg will only refund the amount charged for the merchandise purchased excluding shipping cost.

Please note that Björn Borg cannot refund any delivery, tax or duty costs for orders delivered to international addresses. You will only be refunded for the amount charged for the merchandise.

COMPLAIN

To make a complaint we require a written description and an image of the product showing the problem clearly, sent to customerservice@bjornborg.com In some instances we require the product returned to fully assess the complaint. After your complaint has been received and assessed, we will contact you.

EXCHANGE?

If you wish to exchange an order simply make a return and place a new order.

WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY BACK?

Returns may take app. 1 - 2 weeks before reaching our warehouse in Sweden, depending on the postal handling time. Once the return has been processed, we will contact you with a confirmation and the refund will be with you within 1 – 5 bank days. The refund will be issued to the original payment type used for the purchase.
