How can I be sure that my order went through?
After submitting your order, you will be directed to the order confirmation page which you can print for your records. In addition, you will receive email confirmation, usually within minutes. We recommend checking all details are correct, if not please contact us immediately.
I forgot to use my promotion code?
We are unable to apply discounts after your order has been placed online.
I cannot apply a promotion code?
First double check the code is correct and valid - please note promotion codes in general cannot be used with discounted items (ex: sale). If you are experiencing problems when applying a promotional code on the checkout page, contact us prior to placing the order and we will assist.
What are the Terms and Conditions for promotions and discount codes?
Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined (used together with a transaction/sale). Enter only one promotional code at checkout. The first code entered will apply any discount to the total transaction/ sale, we recommend choosing the promotion best suited for your purchase. How to redeem your promotion code:

How can I cancel my order?
An order can be cancelled at any point prior to the fulfilment and shipment of your order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us at email@example.com to confirm the cancellation. When cancelling, make sure to include full name, order number, and a clear declaration you wish to cancel the order.
How can I pay for my order?
On BjornBorg.com we accept most common credit cards (Visa Credit/ Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express). We only accept credit cards from countries where we ship. For your safety and security we require you to enter your Card Verification Number (CVN) when paying with credit card. We are unable to accept cash, checks, postal orders, or gift certificates for online purchases at Björn Borg retail locations.
Can I pay by Invoice?
We currently do not offer payment by invoice at BjornBorg.com.
Why has my payment been declined?
Card payments can be declined for a variety of reasons:

For non-EU customers additional VAT, use tax, customs charges, or other levies may be incurred by local authorities (such as local customs authority upon import). Any such additional charges must be borne by you (the recipient) and unfortunately we are unable to inform which specific charges will apply for your purchase. What currency will you withdraw the payment in?
Your credit card will be billed in USD (US website) or CAD (Canada website). Your bank or credit card provider will automatically convert the charges should the local currency differ.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
For Canadian orders with an order value below $100 (CAD), shipping costs $19.99. For Canadian orders with an order value exceeding $100 we offer free shipping. All orders are shipped from Sweden with DHL Express.
How do I know when my order has been shipped?
We try to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days. When your order has shipped you will receive another email so you know your new Björn Borg´s are on the way!
When will I receive my order?
Orders ship from Sweden within 2-3 business days of order confirmation. Some packages can take longer due to postal delays. Orders can also be delayed because of customs procedures in non-EU countries, customs charges apply at your expense.
Can I Track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking link with your delivery confirmation that can be tracked directly on the DHL website. If you do not receive the link, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What do I do if I haven´t received my order?
Please allow 10 business days for US and Canadian orders to be delivered prior to contacting us regarding your purchase. If you need help tracking your order, please provide your order number. Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address will not be returned to you and will only be re-sent at your expense. Additionally, orders abandoned by you for any reason will not be returned, and will only be re-sent at your expense.
Deliveries & Customs?
For non-EU customers additional VAT, use tax, customs charges, or other levies may be incurred by local authorities (such as local customs authority upon import). If the item is worth more than CAN$200, you must pay the applicable duty, the GST or HST, and any PST on the item’s full value. Any such additional charges must be borne by you (the recipient).

Can I get delivery to a P.O. mailbox?
We currently do not send to P.O. mailboxes.
What is your return policy?
We are not satisfied until you are. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from www.BjornBorg.com send it back within 30 days (from initial order date). We will refund the value of the goods upon receiving. You pay all relevant freight costs for returns. For more info about returns, go to RETURNS.
How I do complain on a product purchased on bjornborg.com?
To address a complaint we require a written description and image describing the reason for the complaint, sent to email@example.com. In some instances we require the product returned to fully assess the complaint. After your complaint has been received and assessed, we will contact you.
When will I get my money back?
Returns mailed to Björn Borg can take up till two weeks to process after receiving. Once returns are processed, a credit will be issued to the original payment type used to complete the purchase.
I have purchased a Björn Borg product in a physical store, how do I change or reclaim my purchase?
All purchases made in a physical store are referred to the store where the item was originally purchased - this applies to purchases made in other cities and countries.

If you are a registered user of www.BjornBorg.com, simply login to the account to view your order history by date or order number. You can browse order history and track the status of all orders. If you are not a registered user of the website, you can use the order number to check the status of a shipment.
