How can I be sure that my order went through?
After submitting your order, you will be directed to the order confirmation page which you can print for your records. In addition, you will receive email confirmation, usually within minutes. We recommend checking all details are correct, if not please contact us immediately.

I forgot to use my promotion code?
We are unable to apply discounts after your order has been placed online.
I cannot apply a promotion code?
First double check the code is correct and valid - please note promotion codes in general cannot be used with discounted items (ex: sale). If you are experiencing problems when applying a promotional code on the checkout page, contact us prior to placing the order and we will assist.
Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined (used together with a transaction/sale). Enter only one promotional code at checkout. The first code entered will apply any discount to the total transaction/ sale, we recommend choosing the promotion best suited for your purchase.

Is your order a gift?
If your purchase is a gift, at checkout you can choose to have your order gift-wrapped by Björn Borg. For €3.95 we will gift wrap you order - for multiple gift wrapped products, please place multiple orders.
How can I cancel my order?
Y An order can be cancelled at any point prior to the fulfilment and shipment of your order. If you wish to cancel, please contact us at email@example.com to confirm the cancellation. When cancelling, make sure to include full name, order number, and a clear declaration you wish to cancel the order.
How can I pay for my order?
On BjornBorg.com we accept most common credit cards (Visa Credit/ Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express). We only accept credit cards from countries where we ship. For your safety and security we require you to enter your Card Verification Number (CVN) when paying with credit card. We are unable to accept cash, checks, postal orders, or gift certificates for online purchases at Björn Borg retail locations.
Can I pay by Invoice?
We currently do not offer payment by invoice at BjornBorg.com.
Why has my payment been declined?
Card payments can be declined for a variety of reasons:

Is VAT, freight costs and custom fees included in the price?
Prices on BjornBorg.com include local VAT. Discount is not given on products where VAT is not applicable. Björn Borg reserves the right to amend prices to reflect any changes in local VAT. For non-EU customers additional VAT, use tax, customs charges, or other levies may be incurred by local authorities (such as local customs authority upon import). Any such additional charges must be borne by you (the recipient).
What currency will you withdraw the payment in?
Your credit card will be billed in Euro (EUR). Your bank or credit card provider will automatically convert the charges should the local currency differ.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship all orders from Sweden with DHL Express. International orders cost €14.95, free shipping on orders ove €150. For some European countries we use the DHL services Parcel Connect (the Baltic states) and DHL Weltpack (Ireland, Spain and Czech Repulic). The shipping cost is €4.95, free shipping on orders over €79.
How do I know when my order has been shipped?
We try to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. When your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all the details of your order so you know your new Björn Borgs are on the way!
When will I receive my order?
We send all orders by DHL and it normally take 3-4 days from dispatch to arrive, you will always be able to track and trace your shipment..
Can I track my order?
Yes, with DHL Express you can track and trace your order. The tracking number will show in the shipping confirmation e-mail once your order is dispatched. You can use this to track your order in the DHL website.
What do I do if I haven´t received my order?
Packages sent with DHL have tracking numbers and can be tracked directly on the DHL website. Orders that are returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address will not be returned to you and will only be re-sent at your expense. Additionally, orders abandoned by you for any reason will not be returned, and will only be re-sent at your expense.

Can I get delivery to a P.O. mailbox?

What is an underwear subscription?
An underwear subscription from Björn Borg is a simple way to ensure your underneath wardrobe stays fresh and up to date. Every other month we will send you two pairs of new underwear. You choose the styles, we’ll ship them directly to your door.
How does it work?
It’s simple! First choose your style (we currently offer patterned, solid, black, and white styles), choose your size, enter your shipping and payment details, and that is it! No fixed terms, no strings attached, stay as long (or as little) as you’d like. Every other month we will ship you two new pairs
When will I receive my underwear subscription?
All underwear subscription orders are processed as soon as you order and shipped the first week of the current subscription period. For example, if you ordered and paid for your subscription any time after the first week of June, your package would be shipped during the next subscription period the first week of July.
What is included in my underwear subscription?
Each underwear subscription comes with two pairs of underwear and one pair of socks.
How do I cancel my subscription?
We hate to see you go, but if you wish to cancel your subscription for any reason, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your return policy?
We are not satisfied until you are. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from www.BjornBorg.com send it back within 30 days (from initial order date). We will refund the value of the goods upon receiving.
How to return an item:

2. Place the product(s) in a return package (underwear must have an unbroken seal and be in re-saleable condition).
3. Print the prepaid return label, secure label to your package, include the return form and send package from your nearest post office. If the package is over 2kg, please contact for further instruction as the return label only carries packages up to 2kg.

Please note Björn Borg cannot refund any deliver, tax, duty, or other customs fees associated with orders delivered to an international address. Björn Borg will only refund the amount charged for the merchandise purchased.
How I do complain on a product purchased on bjornborg.com?
To address a complaint we require a written description and image describing the reason for the complaint, sent to email@example.com. In some instances we require the product returned to fully assess the complaint. After your complaint has been received and assessed, we will contact you.
When will I get my money back?
Returns mailed to Björn Borg can take up till two weeks to process after receiving. Once returns are processed, a credit will be issued to the original payment type used to complete the purchase.
Do you offer free returns at www.BjornBorg.com?
Yes. To return an item follow the instructions listed above, and send the products you wish to return back to Björn Borg within 30 days (from initial order date).

If you are not a registered user of the website, you can use the order number to check the status of a shipment.
