We are changing system and therefore also our return and claim flow. Follow these instructions so please ignore the instructions you’ve received in your parcel.

We are changing system and therefore also our return and claim flow. Follow these instructions so please ignore the instructions you’ve received in your parcel.

EU countries

This Is how you make a return

  1. Go to the DHL Return page: here

  2. Enter your contact details, and please add Björn Borg Retail AB as "Company" & add your order number as "Reference 1".

  3. Download and print the address label.

  4. Cut the label along the marking line and stick it on your return parcel.

  5. Drop off the parcel at a Post office of your choice within 90 days. We recommend you to go to the same post office as where you originally collected your parcel, if that was the case. The parcel will be accepted free of charge.

  6. You will get a printed receipt from the employee at the service point including the shipment number of the parcel. Please keep this as proof of postage.

If your product is damaged and you need to make a claim

  1. E-mail a photo of the damaged product along with a written description, clearly showing the issue to customerservice@bjornborg.com

  2. Please do not send the claim in return

  3. Once our customer service has handled and approved your claim, we will contact you and make a refund

United Kingdom

This Is How You Make A Return

Returns UK:

Email your order number and which products you want to send back to customerservice@bjornborg.com

You will then receive a return label and further instructions on how to return your package.

If your product is damaged and you need to make a claim

  1. E-mail a photo of the damaged product along with a written description, clearly showing the issue to customerservice@bjornborg.com

  2. Please do not send the claim in return

  3. Once our customer service has handled and approved your claim, we will contact you and make a refund

For Nordic countries:

Return

  1. Attach the return label provided in the package and send it back

  2. We will refund you once the return has reached our warehouse*

  3. You will get a printed receipt from the employee at the service point including the shipment number of the parcel. Please keep this as proof of postage.

Claim

Non-EU countries (Not UK)

This Is How You Make A Return

  1. Pack the products you wish to return in the same parcel as they were delivered.

  2. Please return your goods within 90 days of receipt to the address stated below. You can choose to send it back using any postal service as long as it is a door-to-door sending, it can not be send to a pick-up point.

Note! You will be responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel, and the products will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Therefore we recommend for you to keep the receipt from the postal service as proof of postage in case you'll need it.

Please be informed that return charges will be at customer's expense. Björn Borg cannot refund any delivery, tax or duty costs for orders delivered to international addresses. You will only be refunded for the amount charged for the merchandise.
