1. High knees
2. Cross lunges
3. Mountain climber
4. Squat + leg lift
5. Push-ups
6. Situps


How to:
30 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest.
Go at your own pace.
Do this circuit 3-5 times, with 2 minutes rest between each round.
