Pilates event at Daylight Studio in Stockholm
We celebrated Valentines Day by hosting a cosy Pilates event at Daylight Studio in Stockholm. A fun and challenging workout followed by a delicious breakfast from Banacado.
The lovely girls Molly Rustas, Cassandra Klatzkow, Rebecca Wicklin and Nina Strauss were some of the participants at the event, along with several other influencers.
The leader of the Pilates class was one of our own Björn Borg stars, Tess.
There was a lot of leg focus, lots of pulse sequences for that extra burning feeling, along with love songs with a touch of girl power.
The warm-up consisted of exercises like downward facing dog and upward facing dog. The workout itself was mostly strength-based exercises like lunges, hip lifts, push-ups and planks.
Valentines Pilates Event at KLÚB in Helsinki
Björn Borg also hosted a Valintines Pilates event at KLÚB, a studio with a mission to create powerful workout experiences that leave you feeling strong, inspired, and part of something bigger. Take part in both candlelit Pilates and high-intensity training.
Some of the beautiful participants who were at the event were sinisofia_, juliahambo and inkahakkarainen, to name a few.
Valentines Pilates Events in Hamburg
In Germany we hosted three Valentines Events. One of them at re:form Hamburg, with participants including the beautiful laylacara and sophiernagy, and with delicious shakes from blendr.
Another event was Sunday Sculpt Club at TORTUE Hamburg with for example the lovely ladies iamtabeasophia, jonnawitt, isi.boeckenberg and agussanemeterio.
Louisatheresa, katrinlouisa, lisaakronenberg and juliaa.ngl were a few of the inspiring attendees at the third Pilates event at core club Hamburg, all of them dressed in stylish and functional Björn Borg clothing.
