The right construction depends on how you train and how much support you prefer.

Why Choose 2-in-1 Shorts?

2-in-1 shorts combine a lightweight outer layer with fitted inner shorts for added support, comfort and coverage. They’re a strong choice for gym sessions, strength training and high-intensity workouts where secure movement matters.

The Borg 2-in-1 Shorts also feature curved side slits for greater mobility, an adjustable drawstring waist, side pockets and a phone pocket inside the fitted layer.

Men's Shorts FAQ

Choose your length based on your activity and preferred coverage. A 5-inch inseam offers maximum freedom of movement, 6–7 inches provides a versatile balance, and 8–9 inches gives you a longer, more covered fit.

2-in-1 shorts combine lightweight outer shorts with a fitted inner layer. The inner shorts provide added support and coverage, making them a good choice for running and high-intensity training.

The waistband should feel secure without digging in or slipping down. You should be able to squat, stretch and move freely without the fabric feeling tight around your thighs.

Look for lightweight, quick-drying shorts with stretch and an adjustable waistband. Secure pockets and a supportive inner layer are useful features for longer runs and more intense sessions.

Zipped pockets are useful when you want to keep keys, cards or other small essentials secure. Open pockets are better for easy access during everyday wear or lower-intensity activities.

Always follow the instructions on the garment’s care label. Wash with similar colours, avoid using too much detergent and allow technical shorts to air-dry. Avoid fabric softener on performance materials, as it may affect their functional properties.

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist while keeping the measuring tape horizontal. Compare your measurement with the size guide on the product page. If you are between sizes, choose based on whether you prefer a closer or more relaxed fit.
