"This collection was born from something deeply personal—a shift I’ve experienced in my own life. As things became more stressful, I started finding beauty in lower-impact training and everyday movement. Over the past year, I’ve embraced a slower, more mindful approach to fitness, and I wanted this collection to reflect that. It’s about celebrating all forms of movement, especially the ones that keep us grounded and connected to ourselves."
