"My motivation to exercise is fueled by something bigger than performance and superficial goals. I would say a healthy and happy life is my motivation - still, it’s okay to want to be strong, to run fast or to have abs - and I have those goals too! But in my experience, it’s difficult to stay motivated when these are the only reasons to work out.
Some days are going to be tough and you won’t feel like you have the motivation to exercise. However, these might be the days you need it the most for your mental wellbeing.
I have designed three workouts that can be your go-to; just follow the workout program and I promise that you will feel the positive effects on your psychological wellness. I’m pretty sure you will get addicted to these feel-good hormones just like I am!
