The right track keeps us moving and can really enhance our performance. But we also know that finding the perfect playlist can be a challenge, so we asked some of our friends to share their fav playlists. All set to power up today’s workout, so put your headphones on and tune the world out.

This playlist is perfect for intervals and running.

 

Favourite song: Right now it’s the Imanbek remix of ”Roses” by SAINt JHN.

 

 

 

 

"Bootcamp" is curated by Måns Cederberg, personal trainer

 

I use this playlist on my bootcamps, really tough workouts were you have to battle yourself and convince your mind to not give up. With this playlist, you just keep going and get the energy needed to complete the workout!

“Indoor running” made by Johanna Salminen, personal trainer

Perfect for your HIIT - workout! This is the playlist we use for our IG live sessions, and at the Björn Borg Sports Hour for all employees.

 

Favourite song: Tough choice between Artillery by Saksi & Jetfire and Boom by Tiesto.. but if I can only pick one, it’s number two. It’s been around for a while but I love it. 


 

 

 

 

“Fightbox Urban 2020” is created by André, owner of Fightbox Studio

 

Made for your gym or running session. Urban music with a lot of attitude, American and British rap. At Fightbox we mostly play techno, but sometimes I just can’t resist some good hip hop.
