A no running, at-home cardio workout

Work out at home with Hannah Andersson - also known as Fashionablefit. This is a no running, at-home cardio workout that will get your heart rate up. Let's go!

These are exercises you can do wherever, whenever.

1. Air squat
2. Jumping lunges
3. High knees
4. Jumping jacks

How to:

Do 15-20 repetitions on each exercise, or set a timer on 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest. Repeat circuit 3-4 times.
