We brought some friends with us for a HIIT class at Another Space Bank, London. The HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class at Another Space is a high energy full body workout; it combines boxing exercises with strength exercises.
The class is divided into 3 phases: SPEED, POWER and EXPLOSIVE.
