But the last couple of years Björn Borg has been an obvious choice for me when it comes to work out clothes. I think the brand has evolved a lot and offers a great selection of sportswear which I love mixing in my day-to-day looks. “
What does training mean to you?
Training has helped me a lot the last year. I never was the type of guy that went to the gym 4 days a week, but I realized that I had to make a change for my mental health and start training really was the right thing to do. Now I feel so much better and I’m in such a better place mentally and physically.
How do you style athleisure outside of the gym?
I would say, mix it with your regular day-to-day pieces, put in some accessories and you’re ready to go.
What type of training will you do the most of this summer?
I love running but I usually run on the treadmill at the gym, but now during the summer season, I can’t wait to go out for a run in the morning and enjoy the sun as much as I can.
