ORDERING

How can I be sure that my order went through?

Once you have submitted your order, you will be taken to the order confirmation page which you can print for your records. You will also receive and e-mail confirmation, usually within minutes. Please check that all details are correct. If not please contact us immediately.

I forgot to use my promotion code?

Unfortunately, we are unable to apply any discounts after your order has been placed on site.

I cannot apply a promotion code?

If you are experiencing problems when trying to apply a promotion code on the Check Out page please contact us prior to placing your order and we will assist.

What are the Terms and Conditions for promotions and discount codes?

Unless stated otherwise promotions cannot be combined (used together on a transaction/sale). Please enter only one promo code in box at checkout. First promotion entered will apply discount to total transaction/sale, so we advise you to choose the promotion best suited to your purchase.

How to redeem your promotion code:

1. Simply enter the valid promotion code into the promotional code box on the Check out page.
2. Click "Ok"
3. Check that the sum of your order is adjusted in accordance with applicable code
4. Proceed to payment page.

Is your order a present?

You know you can choose to have your order gift-wrapped by us in the check-out? We wrapp your order for 3,95 €

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any point up to the completion and shipment of your order. Please contact us at customerservice@bjornborg.com and we will confirm cancellation. Please make sure you include your full name, your order number and a clear declaration that you wish to cancel the order in the e-mail.

If your order has already shipped, you can return your purchase to us in accordance with our return policy described below.

PAYMENT

How can I pay for my order?

On bjornborg.com we accept most common credit cards such as Visa Credit/Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express. Please note that we only accept credit cards from countries where we ship. For your safety and security we require you to enter your Card Verification Number (CVN) when paying by Credit Card..


We are sorry but we are currently unable to accept cash, cheques, postal orders or gift certificates from Björn Borg`s physical stores. 

Can I pay by Invoice?

No, unfortunately not at this time.

Why has my payment been declined?

Card payments can be declined for a variety of reasons:
Is your card out of date?
Have you entered your details correctly? Correct CVC code?
If the problem persists please contact your bank or credit card issuer.

Is VAT, freight costs and custom fees included in the price?

Prices on the Website include local VAT. No discount will be given on products where VAT is not chargeable. Björn Borg reserves the right to amend  prices to reflect any changes in local VAT. If you are a non-EU customer, please be aware that on products imported into a country outside the European Union, customs clearance charges and certain taxes (such as VAT) and other levies may be incurred in such country of import and will sometimes have to be paid to Customs authorities before the goods can be released from Customs control. Any such additional charges must be borne by you (the recipient) and unfortunately we are not able to inform you about which specific charges will apply for your purchase. For further details please contact your local customs authority.

What currency will you withdraw the payment in?

We will bill you credit card in Euro.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping Costs?

On orders within the EU we always offer free shipping and free returns. On International orders outside EU the shipping fee is € 9.95

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

We try to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. When your order has been shipped we will send you another e-mail so you can be sure that your new Björn Borg´s is on its way!

When will I receive my order?

Your order are normally shipped via your local postal service. Within Europe orders normally arrive within 3-7 business days and to the rest of the world anywhere between 7-14 business days. Some packages can take slightly longer due to postal delays. Orders may also be delayed by customs procedures as customs duty may need to be paid before your package can be delivered in some non-EU countries. Please note that for orders outside the EU, custom charges may apply at your expense.

Can I Track my order?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer tracking of your order.

What do I do if I haven´t received my order?

Packages sent via regular postal service do not carry tracking numbers so cannot be tracked once they have left us. Please can we ask that you allow 5 business days for an order being delivered within Sweden, 10 business days for an order being delivered within Europe and 15 business days for an order being delivery to any other country, before contacting us to advise that you have received your item.

Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to you and will only be re-sent at the your expense. Additionally orders that are abandoned by you for any reason will not be returned to you and will only be re-sent at your expense.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We are not satisfied until you are. Really we mean it. If you don´t feel 100% comfortable with your purchase from www.bjornborg.com send it back to us within 30 days (since order placed). We will refund the value of the goods upon receipt of them or exchange them if requested and stock available. When returning items to us please ensure that you include a brief explanatory note which must include your name, order number and reason for return.

This is how you do it;
1. Fill in the form attached, try to be nice.
2. Put the product you want to return/exchange in a package. (Underwear must have an unbroken seal and be in a re-saleable condition)
3. Print the prepaid return label attached. Secure the return label onto your package, include the form and drop the package off at your nearest postoffice/postbox. If your returning package is heavy (over 2kg). Please contact us for further instructions as the return label attached only carries packages up to 2 kg. To download our returnlabel+returnform please click here (PDF) 

Please note that Björn Borg cannot refund any delivery, tax or duty costs for orders delivered to international addresses. You will only be refunded for the amount charged for the merchandise.

When will I get my money back?

Returns and exchanges mailed to Björn Borg may take one to two weeks to process after you mail it. Once a return is processed a credit is issued to the original payment type used for your original purchase.

Do you offer free returns at www.bjornborg.com?

Yes we do! Just follow the return instruction above and send the styles you wish to return back to us within 30 days (since order placed).

How can I check the status of my order?

If you are a registered user on www.bjornborg.com, simply sign in to your account to view your order history by date or order number. This allows you to browse your order history and track the status of all your orders. If you aren't a registered user at the Website, you can use your order number to check the status of your shipment. Our customer service representatives will get you a swift reply with helpful answers.

How can I get an account?

It´s super easy! Just click on the My Account button on the upper right corner and fill in the information required.

My password does not work. What should I do?

Don't worry. Just go to SIGN IN at the top of the screen and you'll see a text FORGOT PASSWORD on the login screen. Click on the text, enter your login id and a new password will be sent out to your e-mail address.
