Return, Exchange or Cancellation
Order Cancellation
Customer Initiated Order Cancellation:
Prior to shipment of your order, you may cancel your order at any time by e-mailing cancel@bjornborg.com. Your e-mail must contain (i) a clear declaration of intention that you wish to cancel the order, (ii) your full name, (iii) your order number.
If your order has already shipped, you can return your purchase to us in accordance with our return policy described below.
Björn Borg Initiated Order Cancellation:
Björn Borg reserves the right to cancel orders and to not accept any subsequent orders from the same customer in the following situations:
(a) Order cannot be processed due to an error in the information you have provided, which may include, but is not limited to:
- Incorrect credit/debit Card number, expiration date or card security value.
- Incorrect billing information (the billing information you have provided is different
from the information your financial institution has on record).
- Insufficient/incorrect shipping address is provided (street address, city, state, zip
or postal code).
- Fraudulent information.
(b) Improper resale of Merchandise
Björn Borg is a private label brand, and to protect its intellectual property rights, resale of our merchandise for personal or business profit is strictly prohibited. Any orders found to have characteristics of reselling/reshipping may be cancelled and we reserve the right to cancel all subsequent orders from such customers.
(c) Previous fraudulent order history
Björn Borg may cancel an order if fraudulent activity is suspected and may refuse to process subsequent orders from customer with a previous fraudulent order history record.
Purchase Cancellation
Our Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to return it to us for an exchange or refund. We exchange or refund any original condition Merchandise purchased on the Website with an unbroken seal and a copy of your original delivery note and a properly filled out return form (found on the back of your delivery note). If the item was purchased at bjornborg.com, it must be returned to bjornborg.com.
Returns
All returns must be sent back within 14 days from the delivery of the Merchandise, counting from the post mark on the return. Returns made within the above time limit will be credited back to the original payment type. Any shipping and handling fees that were paid during an online order are non-refundable. By sending returns to the Standard Returns Address found on you delivery note, the original credit card will be credited or you will receive bjornborg.com gift card, depending on how the items were originally purchased.
Exchanges
Want something else? Send the item back to us for an exchange. All exchanges must be sent back within 14 days from the delivery of the Merchandise counting from the post mark on the return. We will credit your credit card with any price difference for the exchange, when the exchange is processed. All exchanges are processed in the order which they arrive at our warehouse.
How to Return/Exchange Merchandise Purchased at the Website
1. On the back of the packing slip included with your order side marked "returns" fill
in the item(s) you're returning/exchanging.
2. For returns, the original credit card will be credited or you will receive bjornborg.com
gift card, depending on how the items were originally purchased.
3. All returns/exchanges of Merchandise must be in their original condition and
have an unbroken seal otherwise the return/exchange will not be accepted.
4. Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. Attach the address
label provided on your delivery note. Be sure to include the return/exchange form.
We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as DHL, UPS or FedEx. Björn Borg is not liable for returned packages which are lost, delayed or damaged in transmission. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid and Björn Borg does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Björn Borg cannot refund any delivery costs or any tax and duty costs for orders delivered to international addresses. You will only be refunded for the amount charged for the merchandise.
Return Status
Returns and exchanges mailed to Björn Borg may take one to two weeks to process after you mail it. Once a return is processed, a credit is issued to the original payment type used for the original purchase. If purchased with a credit card, it usually takes one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. For returns on items originally purchased with bjornborg.com gift card, please allow two to three weeks for processing after you mail the package to receive your new bjornborg.com gift card.
