Is the merchandise in the webshop the same as in your retail stores?

Currently we offer most of our underwear collection that is sold in the retail stores at bjornborg.com. Occasionally we offer styles and sizes at bjornborg.com that are not available in our retail stores.

Is it safe to give my personal info online?

You can tell that a browser is secure in a couple different ways: In a non-secure mode, the web site address begins with "http://". In a secure mode, the address should begin with "https://" - that "s" stands for "secure". You will notice yourself entering a secured zone after you enter in your billing information when placing an order.

Some browsers will display a window that notifies that you are entering a secured zone. While in that secured zone, you will be receiving pages in an encrypted format. On the bottom left or right hand corners of your browser window, you should see an icon symbol that indicates you are in a secured zone. Netscape 1.x, 2.x & 3.x will display a solid key symbol on a secured site and broken key symbol on a non-secured site. Netscape 4.x will display a closed padlock symbol on a secured site and an open padlock symbol on a non-secured site. All current versions of Internet Explorer will display a closed padlock symbol on a secured site and an open padlock symbol on a non-secured site.

Do I have to sign for my shipment when it arrives?

We suggest you consider selecting our Next Day service to guarantee the receipt and delivery date of your package, which will require for you to be there to then sign for at that time. If you are not able to be home to sign for the package, consider having it delivered to your workplace. If you select Ground Service, the shipper will leave the package at your door without a signature or proof of delivery being required. Some exceptions may apply.

What if my package is not delivered?

Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer for any reason will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense. Please send an e-mail to custserv@bjornborg.com if your package has not been delivered in the calculated time span.

How can I ask a question about ordering?

Can I use my bjornborg.com gift cards in a retail source?

Bjornborg.com gift cards are only redeemable at the bjornborg.com Online Store; they cannot be used at Björn Borg retail locations.

What is Swedish Exports?

Swedish Exports is a part of Björn Borg's ongoing missions. The cause: to spread the Swedish underwear revolution across the world. 
Contrary to what most people believe, Swedes do not walk around naked having sex with polar bears before hanging themselves. That time has passed. Today, most modern Swedes are dressed in our colourful underwear. It works. Suicidal rates and animal molestation are at all-time low. So naturally we want to spread the word to the rest of the world. To do that, we need your help. If you own a Björn Borg garment, put it on and take a picture of you being you. Upload it and cross your fingers.

Why isn't my picture published?

Maybe it wasn't funny enough. Maybe we believe it don't do you justice. Maybe we already have 20 jackass imitations from your part of the planet. Whatever the reason may be, remember it is an honour to appear on Swedish Exports. Bjornborg.com is not directed at kids under the age of 15, and no one under the age of 15 should provide personal information or pictures to be published on this Web site. The publication of pictures is done at the discretion of bjornborg.com. If you find a picture that you don’t think should be there, please send an e-mail to swedishexports@bjornborg.com and explain why.

How do I maximize my chances of being published?

Have fun, be creative. You don't have to look spectacular, let the garment do its magic.
Your chances might ten-fold if you live in some far-off location, or if you pose in front of some famous building or with some exotic animal. Faked authenticity is what we're aiming at.

How can I be sure that my order went through?

When we receive your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation usually within minutes.

How is tax and customs fees calculated?

Applicable sales tax is calculated according to the country to where it is being shipped.
Orders outside of the European Union are responsible for all duties and taxes assessed by their country's customs.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you another email.

Will you convert my total into my currency?

No. We bill your credit card in Euro and your credit card company will convert the charges for you.
