Order History and Tracking

You can track your order by providing your order numbers and e-mail addresses. If you are a registered user at the Website, simply sign in to your account to view your order history by date or order number. This allows you to browse your order history and track the status of all your orders. If you aren't a registered user at the Website, you can use your order number to check the status of your shipment.

Check-Out

Checking out is an easy four step process.
1. Click on the 'Checkout' button. Your shopping bag appears and you can review
    your order.
2. Click on the 'Checkout' button to advance on to the 'Address' page. Here you will
    enter your Billing and Shipping information. Type in all your info, (make sure you
    use your credit card billing address for the Bill-To address to avoid delays in your
    order) and select your shipping method. Registered users will already have their
    Billing Info filled in but can still edit it or choose a different shipping address.
3. Click on the 'Proceed' button to advance to the 'Payment' page. Type in your
    credit card information.
4. Click 'Process Order' to finish checking out. Your order will not be received
    until you click this button. A confirmation page will appear, indicating that
    the order has been received.

Size Chart

Size charts can be found for each garment in the web shop. All measurements are stated in centimeters. 1cm = 0.39 inches.
To calculate measurements in inches: centimeters x 0.39 = inches.
To calculate measurement in centimeters: inches x 2.54 = centimeters.

Due to customs restrictions, we cannot offer gift-wrap or include a gift receipt.
